Company Description Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC, the first Islamic shari’ah based bank in South East Asia, is looking for dedicated, experienced and qualified Bangladeshi nationals with requisite qualifications for the post of Driver (Temporary):

Job title: Driver (Temporary)

Educational Requirements Minimum S.S.C or equivalent.

Experience Requirements At least 05 years service experience as a driver.

Other Requirements • The candidate must have a valid license for driving car/jeep/microbus/heavy vehicle. • Selected candidates should have the mentality to work in any office/branch of the bank. • Only the male candidates can apply for this post. • Candidates working in any organizations must apply through proper channel. • No TA/DA will be allowed for appearing at the field/practical/viva-voce test. • Signatures as well as photographs in all stages of recruitment process should be quite identical.

Age Limits Maximum 30 years on May 20, 2024

Salary & Allowances As per existing policy of the bank.

Selection Procedure • A short list will be prepared from among the intending candidates through extensive selection process. • The short listed candidates will be invited to appear at the field/practical test. • The qualified candidates in field/practical test will be called for viva-voce. • The decision of the hiring authority on any matter relating to recruitment shall be final. • The authority reserves the right to accept/ reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever. • The authority reserves the right to cancel this advertisement or to amend any part thereof. • Incomplete/incorrect application will be considered as rejected.

How to Apply Eligible and interested candidates are required to apply through the bank’s website (career.islamibankbd.com) by providing necessary information side by side uploading the recent passport size photograph (JPG, size 100 kb), signature (JPG, size 50 kb) latest by May 20, 2024. Besides, candidates must send the printed copy of the online application along with the photocopies of all academic certificates, driving licence, experience certificate, NID card as well as 3 (three) copies recent passport size attested photographs in a closed envelope to the Deputy Managing Director & CHRO, Human Resources Wing, Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC, Head Office, Islami Bank Tower, 40 Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka-1000 latest by May 30, 2024 through courier or postal services. Application through hand delivery will not be accepted.

Note To ascertain the age, the date of birth as mentioned in the certificate of SSC or equivalent will be considered and no affidavit will be accepted to this effect.
